The Alley on Main project is a collaborative effort between Main Street Atmore and the City of Atmore that transformed a once-neglected alley into a vibrant public space and downtown landmark. Featuring restored brickwork, lighting, art installations, seating, and landscaping, the project reflects the city’s Arts & Entertainment District vision and strong community partnership.

A branding guide is important for a Main Street program because it creates a consistent, professional identity for the entire downtown. Artmore Sip & Stroll is a vibrant First Thursday event in Downtown Atmore where the community comes together to enjoy late-night shopping, live music, local art, and wine tastings. From 4:30 PM until evening, visitors can stroll downtown, explore local businesses, and experience a lively, family-friendly atmosphere filled with food, fun, and unique finds.

The Celebrity Waiter event is a signature annual fundraiser that brings the community together for a lively evening of food, entertainment, and local star power. Held at David’s Catfish House in Atmore, the event features local “celebrities” serving guests for the night, creating a fun and engaging dining experience.
